Blachford Lake Lodge Accommodation
The Main Lodge

There are five large guest rooms on the second floor of the Main Lodge, with access to shared shower and washrooms. Lodge rooms are dressed with down duvets, and feature huge windows with expansive views. The guest rooms offer access to two viewing decks, the Aurora room and the lounge and dining room. The lounges offer comfortable sofas and feature a small northern library.
The Log Cabins
There are five rustic but comfortable cabins, each accommodating from four to six guests. The cabins are heated with high efficiency wood-burning stoves. There are outhouses located near each cabin, and the farthest is no more than three minutes walk from the Main Lodge, where full washroom facilities are available 24 hours per day.
Old Trapper's Cabin

This is the original Blachford Lake Lodge cabin, and a favorite of many guests. Originally owned by the trapper Henry Cadieux, this charming single room cabin is a perfect example of a traditional Northern home. The cabin boasts one double bed and four single bunks accommodating five or six guests. A wood-burning stove, and propane range and lights help make this cabin a very comfortable choice.
The Point Cabin

The Point is a rocky outcrop on Blachford Lake. This cabin, with sleeping loft, boasts a magnificent view and its romantic setting is a favorite of honeymooners and newlyweds. The Point Cabin can comfortably sleep five in three beds and one double bunk. It features a wood-burning stove for heat, and propane lights and range for winter comfort.
Raven's Roost and Eagle's Nest

These are the newest of the log cabins, often referred to as 'the duplex' because they are attached. Both cabins feature excellent views of the lake and surrounding taiga forest. The Eagle's Nest faces east and gets the morning sun, while the Raven's Roost faces south, receiving light through most of the day. These cabins are located just 200 metres (or yards) from the main lodge. Each accommodates four guests in double bunks, and has an energy efficient wood-stove for heat, and propane lighting.
The Beaver Lodge

The Beaver Lodge is similar to the Point Cabin, with a second floor loft. There are two double beds upstairs and a double bunk on the main floor to sleep four to six guests. Located on the lakefront, Beaver is the closest cabin to the fishing dock - a favourite of summer guests wanting to fish in the early morning. The cabin has propane lights and range and a wood-burning stove to provide heat. This is the farthest cabin from the main lodge, about three minutes away on foot.
