What to Bring

Dress at Blachford Lake Lodge is casual. Plan on dressing in layers to prepare for changing weather. From June through October temperatures can range from +10ºC to +30ºC.

We recommend rain gear, sun hat, fleece sweater or jacket, bathing suit, suntan lotion, sunglasses, mosquito repellent or bug jacket, gloves, comfortable walking shoes/hiking boots, long pants, shorts, toiletries, flashlight, camera/film.

Blachford provides shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. Towels and bathrobes are provided as well.
We also maintain a small store of personal items such as toothpaste, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products.


Please note: There is a 40 lb. per person limit for luggage on the charter aircraft. Please call in advance if you have specialized equipment that will exceed the 40 lb limit.
