Group Travel
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, discounts are available for groups. Price depends on season, number of guests and length of stay. Accompanying spouse packages are also available.
Do you have to arrive at the lodge as a "group"?
Our package price normally includes a group traveling to and from the lodge together (one or more aircraft). If you have delegates traveling to/from the lodge other than with the "group" charter, we can make the arrangements for them and invoice at cost.
Can our group have exclusive use of the lodge?
Yes. We offer exclusive use of the lodge, to groups. Please call us for information. We will be happy to provide you with a price quote.
Who will be my point of contact for any questions regarding our group booking?
One of our professional staff at our Yellowknife office will be assigned to work with your group organizer to ensure a smooth, "no surprises" meeting. Once at the lodge, our friendly lodge manager will be your contact. We prefer to meet with your group organizer to answer questions and discuss logistics on a one-on-one basis. We have hosted many groups and we have some hints to help make your meeting not only productive, but a truly memorable and unique Northern Experience. If you are not located in Yellowknife, we encourage frequent contact with our staff by e-mail, fax or phone.
